How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE.
You will never be asked to pay for shipping on your order. However, if you require expedited shipping, please customer service team at email@example.com make arrangements - you will be required to pay discounted shipping rate for expedited shipments.
When will my order be processed?
You order will be processed within 24 hours.
How long will it take to get my order?
After your order is processed it will take 2 - 5 days to receive your order within the United States. Destination outside the United States will received their orders within 8 to 12 business days.
Is there every a time where it will take longer than 12 business days?
Unfortunately yes. Occasionally and for products that are in high demand, we have to ship directly from our manufacturer, many of which are located outside the United States, and in those cases, the orders could take up to 20 days. For those orders, we will use an international delivery service (which is part of the U.S. postal service). This also allows us minimize our shipping cost and pass those savings onto you in the form of low product cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-DAY GUARANTEE on all our products. We want to take care of you as a customer, and we totally believe in our products.
If you are within 30-Days of receipt of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange (see our refund policy).
If, for any reason, you want to return your product, we will honor your request, no hassle, no questions asked. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make arrangements to return the product. We will reply within 24 hours to agree to terms (exchange or credit). Once we receive the product, we will be happy to replace your purchase with a similar item of equal value or less. If you decide you want an item completely different, we will issue you a full store credit to towards your next purchase to be used at your leisure.

The amount of time it takes for us to process the guarantee depends on how fast your chosen shipping company moves! Dicey’s suggests that you use a dependable shipping service within your area that offers tracking updates and shipping insurance. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend you select a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
