    1. These garments are imported and have non-traditional sizing scales. When selecting a garment, trusting your sizing instincts can lead you astray. If you normally wear a medium and choose a medium, your bodyshaper may not fit. It is important that you refer to the sizing chart to ensure a proper fit. Sizes run very small! Please do not order a size that is smaller than noted here. Contact us for any sizing inquiries.

    2. Take correct measurements. Our bodies fluctuate in size more than we would like to admit, so it is vital to have the correct measurements of your waist and hips. Not having accurate numbers can mean that you’re not getting the best fit for you.

HIPS: Measure the circumference of your hips where your seat is the largest (approximately 7” down from your natural waist). Make sure to wrap the tape all the way around, without letting it ride up unevenly in the back. Measure against the skin. Relax your muscles and be sure that you measuring tape is held snugly, but not pulled tight. Round to the nearest half inch.

WAIST: Rest your hand on your hip and bend towards the same side. The deepest wrinkle indicates your waist level, usually at or slightly above your belly button. Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Do not suck it in or hold your breath. Stand as you normally would throughout your day. Hold snugly, but not pulled tight. Measure against the skin. Round to the nearest half inch.

BUST: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. The tape measure should fit snug and comfortable but not too tight. Make sure the tape is horizontal to the floor and does not dip down or run diagonally at any point. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use your bra measurement.

A smaller size does not mean more slimming. Modern shapewear is designed to fit snugly and provide a variety of levels and control. Wearing a smaller size can cause discomfort, damage to your shaper, and many times it just won’t fit. Stay true to your determined size.

After determining your measurements & size and you seem to be placed on the border between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger of the two sizes- the garments tend to run small.
