If you are within 30-Days of receipt of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
If, for any reason, you want to return your product, we will honor your request, no hassle, no questions asked. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make arrangements to return the product. We will reply within 24 hours to agree to terms (exchange or credit). Once we receive the product, we will be happy to replace your purchase with a similar item of equal value or less. If you decide you want an item completely different, we will issue you a full store credit to towards your next purchase to be used at your leisure.

All items purchased through Dicey's online are eligible for our 30-Day GUARANTEE regardless of the condition of the product. If you return product after 30-Days we are required to charge a restock fee based on the condition of the product. The product must be in a resaleable condition and in original packaging. Dicey’s requires that you previously purchased the item online. We also require that you are able to verify the ship-to address or purchaser's name; Dicey's will be able to verify the your purchase with our active or archived records.
Once your item is received, Dicey’s will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you of the status of your exchange or credit. Dicey's will immediately process the GUARANTEE using the agreed upon terms.
The amount of time it takes for us to process the guarantee depends on how fast your chosen shipping company moves! Dicey’s suggests that you use a dependable shipping service within your area that offers tracking updates and shipping insurance. This ensures that those in every region has the freedom to choose the best service available to them.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend you select a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
